Okay, so now that we are in the two week wait for Open Beta, it is clear to me that I need a change in my machine.  I am using a Compaq Presario V6000(laptop) with the following:

Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition Version 2002
Mobile AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3400+ 1.81 GHz
2 GB of RAM
NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150

Obviously this runs warhammer (even on lowest possible PW settings) like CRAP. lol
