One month ago yesterday, the mywarspace community launched with no members. No one had heard of the site on August 9th, 2008, but one month later, the site has over 400 registered members and continues to grow on a daily baisis...with no help from Mythic.

In only 6 days, mywarspace has been growing very steadily reaching the 100 member mark earlier today. This is impressive in the fact that a lot of other WAR fansites were created much much earlier then mywarspace and have a lot more exposure.

I have contacted Mythic and GOA to add a link to this site in their "Fansites & Forums" sections of the official sites, but I have not heard back from either of them as of yet. I hope the link will be added, and added soon as the launch is qui... Read More

I've met many gamers, and made many friends online playing an MMO called Guild Wars for 3 years, but I didn't know much about them outside of playing with them. It was also hard keeping in touch with them just ingame as they took breaks from the game.

I wanted to design a site where gamers could have constant contact outside of a game with friends they met online, a community specifically focusing on the game. A means of communication and keeping in touch with other players.
